After years of putting the demands of the workplace before their own needs and dreams, they find themselves banished from a job that they may not have actually enjoyed all that much, but they stuck with it because they thought they were investing in their future.
Travel can open you up to new possibilities. If you aren’t passionate about your job, you’re in the wrong job. The path to true happiness, fulfillment and success is to find your passion and follow it. Giving up a job that’s not right for you and spending time experiencing new people and different cultures can give you a whole new perspective on life in general and ultimately lead to a fulfilling career change.

They either live frugally for a couple of years in advance, saving as much as they can, or they sell everything; their homes; their cars and much of their stuff. They are fully committed to following their dreams.
